Another Shreveport Restaurant Closes Doors for Good
More bad news in the restaurant world in Shreveport Bossier. This place has not been on my list of "go-to" restaurants because I am just not a fried food person. In fact, I have never been to a Captain D's, but I do know lots of people who love this place and really will miss those hush puppies.
Captain D's Closes Down Another Location in Shreveport Bossier

Do You Know the History of Captain D's Seafood
Captain D's Seafood Restaurant first opened back on August 15, 1969. Originally known as Mr. D's Seafood and Hamburgers, the eatery began in Donelson, Tennessee, with the revolutionary idea of selling seafood at reasonable prices. Why Many Restaurants Are Struggling to Keep Doors Open
This latest closing in the food world in the Shreveport-Bossier is probably no big surprise to many folks. It's been a very difficult year for restaurants. Inflation has driven up the prices the eateries have to charge and as a result, diners are more picky about how often they go out to eat.

We have seen several restaurant doors close their doors this past year. Check out the list of other recent closures below.
