Shreveport Man Arrested for Drugs and Gun During Traffic Stop

Shreveport Police Department conducted a traffic stop in the area of Lakeshore Drive and Missouri Avenue.

During the stop, SPD made contact with the driver, identified as Desean Morris. SPD searched the car during the stop, and Morris was found to be in possession of drugs and a firearm.

Morris was arrested and charged with the following:

· Possession of Narcotics with Intent to Distribute

· Illegal Carrying of a Weapon with a Controlled Dangerous Substance

· Multiple Traffic Violations
