Officers Discover Stash During Safety Pat-Down
Initial contact began when officers noticed Fisher in possession of an open container. For safety reasons, officers conducted a pat-down, during which they spotted clear plastic baggies protruding from Fisher’s pocket. The packaging was immediately recognized by law enforcement as being consistent with the distribution of illegal narcotics.

Upon detaining Fisher and conducting a thorough search, officers recovered a substantial haul of suspected controlled substances. The seizure included:
- 80 MDMA pills
- 2.0 grams of cocaine
- 1.2 grams of synthetic marijuana
