Shreveport Woman Arrested for Domestic Violence With a Knife

Earlier this week Shreveport Police were called to Columbia Street in Highland to a report of Domestic Violence.

When SPD showed up they made contact with the couple. According to reports a fight turned physical between the 2 and Amanda Green Grabbed a knife. While the two were fighting, Green cut the victim's neck. The victim had to rain down blows on Green in order to defend themselves from being cut again. There were no life-threatening injuries reported.

SPD launched an investigation and as a result Green was arrested. The knife was found at the scene. Green was charged with aggravated battery.
