Man Wanted by Shreveport Police for Domestic Violence

The Shreveport Police Department is searching for a man who they say was involved in a brutal domestic violence case in front of a small child.

SPD Detectives are on the hunt for Nicholas Jackson. Police got a call last month from Colquitt Road from a victim who claimed that Jackson physically assaulted them. SPD got to the scene and could see visible injuries to the victim's face and body.

Further investigation revealed that the assault took place in front of a small child.

Shreveport Police now have a warrant out for Jackson's arrest, charging him with:

· One count of Battery of a Dating Partner with Child Endangerment

· One count of Battery of a Dating Partner – Second Offense

"Anyone with information on Jackson’s whereabouts is urged to contact the Shreveport Police Department at 318-673-7300 or Caddo Crime Stoppers at 318-673-7373. Tips can also be submitted anonymously through the Crime Stoppers app or website."
