Shreveport Man Arrested for Domestic Abuse and Child Endangerment

Last week, Shreveport Police officers responded to a reported domestic violence incident.

The disturbance occurred in the presence of three children, all under the age of 13.

Following the investigation, Jermoxers Mitchell was arrested and charged with:

· Three counts of Domestic Abuse Battery – Child Endangerment

· One count of Domestic Abuse Battery by Strangulation

· One count of Domestic Abuse Battery

This marks Mitchell’s sixth arrest involving domestic abuse battery.

The Shreveport Police Department takes domestic violence very seriously, especially when children are exposed to these dangerous situations. Violence in the home affects the entire family.
