Shreveport, LA – The Shreveport Police Department's Financial Crimes Task Force is searching for Kameron Jackson, who is accused of defrauding a local resident in a home improvement scheme. Jackson is wanted for Home Improvement Fraud after allegedly failing to complete a contracted residential construction project despite receiving a substantial payment.
Details of the Alleged Fraud
Investigators report that the victim paid Jackson a total of $47,700. However, the only work performed on the project was demolition. No further construction progress has been made, and Jackson has not returned to the job site since receiving the funds. The Shreveport Police Department is actively pursuing leads to locate him.
