Jackson is wanted for Home Improvement Fraud after allegedly failing to complete a contracted residential construction project despite receiving a substantial payment.

Details of the Alleged Fraud

Investigators report that the victim paid Jackson a total of $47,700. However, the only work performed on the project was demolition. No further construction progress has been made, and Jackson has not returned to the job site since receiving the funds. The Shreveport Police Department is actively pursuing leads to locate him.
