Shreveport Man Arrested for Carnal Knowledge of a Juvenile

On August 5, at approximately 9:30 p.m., Shreveport Police officers were dispatched to Southern Hills Park, located in the 1000 block of Bert Kouns Industrial Loop, in response to a report of a suspicious person. After addressing the initial call, officers observed a vehicle in the parking lot with two male subjects and a juvenile female inside.

An alert Shreveport police patrol officer, recognizing that something was amiss, detained the individuals. Following questioning, the officer arrested Jakemeon Jack, 22, on one count of felony carnal knowledge of a juvenile and one count of contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile.
