Shreveport Police Search for Suspect in Circle K Vehicle Theft

Shreveport Police detectives are asking for the public’s help to identify a man captured on surveillance cameras stealing a running vehicle from a Shreveport gas station last month.

According to Shreveport Police Department detectives, the incident occurred on June 12, 2026, at the Circle K located at 809 Olive Street. The victim left a white Nissan Altima running at a gas pump to step inside the convenience store briefly. Within those moments, the suspect jumped into the vehicle and drove off.

Distinctive Tattoo Highlighted in Suspect Description

Police describe the suspect as a white male, approximately 5 feet 6 inches tall. Detectives noted a key identifying feature: a prominent cross tattoo on his forehead.

While investigators have thoroughly reviewed surveillance footage from the gas station, they have not yet been able to determine his identity.

Authorities Urge Tipsters to Come Forward

SPD is asking anyone who recognizes the man or has information regarding his identity or whereabouts to take action immediately.  Do not approach the suspect directly, but rather call the police and allow them to handle the situation.
