Shreveport-Caddo Authorities Searching for Man, Woman Wanted for Theft and Fraud

The Shreveport Police Department and Caddo Sheriff's Office Financial Crimes Task Force is looking for information on the whereabouts of two suspects wanted for theft and fraud.

Authorities say 48-year-old Duke Nguyen and 21-year-old Kanika Johnson stole money from the Montelena Apartments in Houston, Texas, then provided false documentation to open up a bank account here in Shreveport as the owner of the complex.
