Shreveport Police Seeking Man Who Burglarized the Same Garage Twice

Shreveport Police are investigating a burglary in the Mooretown area, where a suspect targeted the same property twice in an hour.

At 10:00 a.m., SPD were advised that an unknown suspect entered a detached garage and stole a men’s Schwinn bicycle valued at approximately $125.

One hour later, at 11:00 a.m., the same suspect returned to the location riding the stolen bicycle, and proceeded to steal a grey Cummins Onan P4500i remote-start generator valued at approximately $1,000.

The suspect is described as a Black male, possibly in his mid-40s to early 50s, last seen wearing a blue t-shirt and blue pants, a black baseball cap, and brown dress shoes.

Detectives are actively working to identify the suspect in this case.

Shreveport Police are asking the public to come forward with any information that could lead to an arrest.
