Shreveport Police Seeking Man for Sexual Battery of a Juvenile

Shreveport Police are on the lookout for a man they believe committed a sexual act with a juvenile.

A report was filed with SPD back in May stating that Julian Jones had sexual contact with a child under 13 years-old. After a thorough investigation, Shreveport Police were able to get a warrant for Jones' arrest.

Police are urging the public to come forward with any information leading to Jones' arrest.

Jones is wanted for the following:

· One count of Sexual Battery of a Child Under the Age of 13

· Two counts of Indecent Behavior with a Juvenile

From SPD:

"Jones is currently at large, and detectives are working diligently to locate him. Authorities urge anyone with information on his whereabouts to contact the Shreveport Police Department at 318-673-7300 or Caddo Crime Stoppers at 318-673-7373. Tips submitted to Crime Stoppers can remain anonymous and may be eligible for a cash reward.
