Shreveport Police Charge Man With Carnal Knowledge of a Juvenile

The Shreveport Police Department has arrested a man for carnal knowledge of a juvenile following an investigation that began in June.

36 year-old Gary Porter was under investigation after he was accused of illegal sexual activity with a 16 year-old. Porter was also accused of giving the teen drugs during the offence.

Porter was arrested once Detectives determined that there was enough evidence. Porter was arrested and charged with one count of Felony Carnal Knowledge of a Juvenile and one count of Contributing to the Delinquency of a Juvenile.

"This case remains under investigation, and no further details will be released at this time to protect the integrity of the case and the privacy of the victim.
