Shreveport Man Arrested and Charged With Several Armed Robberies

On March 30, 2024, the Shreveport Police Department arrested 42-year-old Ricardo Bradberry in connection with a series of armed robberies in the area. Bradberry was apprehended following a coordinated effort by the Shreveport Police Robbery unit, Patrol Officers, Shreveport Police K-9, and the Special Response Team.

The arrest comes after detectives released photographs of a suspect wanted for multiple armed robberies targeting businesses in the vicinity. Bradberry then struck again by robbing a business in the 4900 block of Monkhouse Drive.

However, this time responding officers tracked Bradberry to a hotel on 5L Westwood Park, where he was located after a brief standoff. He was subsequently taken into custody without further incident.

Bradberry has been charged in connection with the following armed robberies:

1. March 23: 3300 block of West Bert Kouns Industrial Loop

2. March 25: 280 block W. 84th St.

3. March 28: 3000 block of West Bert Kouns Industrial Loop

4: March 30: 4900 block of Monkhouse Drive
