Shreveport Police got a call on Sunday in reference to the armed robbery of a mini-bike on Fulton Street.

When SPD got to the scene, they made contact with the victim who told them that he was forced out of the car by the driver at gunpoint, who then drove away with his mini-bike in the back seat.

SPD Violent Crime Investigators were informed by Patrol Officers that they had found the car and recovered the mini-bike. The driver—identified as Tralyn Clark—and a witness were detained without incident.

After an investigation, SPD found out that the dispute wasn't over the mini-bike at all. The victim and a friend had loaded the mini-bike in to the car to get a ride from Clark. At some point during the ride, an argument broke out over the amount of time it was taking to get to their destination.

In the heat of the argument, Clark allegedly pulled out a gun and forced the victim out of the car and drove away with the mini-bike in the back seat.

The mini-bike was returned to the owner.

From SPD:

"Tralyn Clark (21) was arrested by Shreveport Police officers for Aggravated Assault with a Firearm.

The Shreveport Police Department remains committed to thoroughly investigating violent incidents and ensuring the safety of our community. Anyone with additional information regarding this case is urged to contact the Shreveport Police Department or Caddo Crime Stoppers at 673-7373."
