Shreveport Man Sentenced in Caddo Court for Abusing Teen Relative

On Tuesday a man was sentenced to prison for abusing a teenage boy relative.

It came out in court that 61 year-old Reginald Lee Fisher had been abusing the boy for over a year back in December of 2024 during the trial. Fisher was convicted last year for two counts of sexual battery by a Caddo Parish jury.

A Caddo Court Judge sentenced Fisher to 10 years on each count of sexual battery with hard-labor. Fisher must also register as a sex offender for 25 years when he is released.

During court proceedings it came out that Fisher was in a position of authority over the teenager and forced him to perform sex acts between April 2022 and May of 2023.
