Shreveport Teenager Arrested for 2023 Mass Shooting

The Shreveport Police Department has arrested a teenager in connection with a murder that transpired one year ago.

 
Zyun Thomas, an 18-year-old man, is has been arrested for one count of second-degree murder stemming from the tragic shooting incident that occurred on March 25, 2023, in the 200 block of Texas Street. This violent incident resulted in multiple injuries and claimed the life of one man.

Shreveport Police used several resources to find Thomas, and he was finally captured on Tuesday (12/18/24) after evading law enforcement for a year.
