Update: Fernando Xavier Hall turned himself yesterday afternoon at  the Bossier City Police Department.  He was booked into the Bossier City Jail on a charge of aggravated second degree battery. Bond is set at $50,000.

Here's the previous story:

One man was wounded during a shooting last evening in Bossier City. Police say it happened at the Village Square Apartments in the 2600 block of Village Lane around 6:15. Police found 41-year-old Freddie Tony there, lying next to a vehicle, with a gunshot wound to his upper leg near the hip. He was taken to LSU Hospital with what's believed to be a non-life-threatening wound. Police have an arrest warrant for the alleged shooter -- 29-year-old Fernando Hall -- for aggravated second-degree battery. He ran off after the shooting, which police believe stemmed from an argument between the two men. If you know where Hall can be found, call Bossier City police.
