Security Guard Fired For Altercation With Drunk Local Attorney
Wade Jacobs, a security guard for the Horseshoe Casino, has been fired after a drunken altercation with local attorney Jarred Franklin. In a video recorded by casino staff, Franklin can be seen cursing, insulting and threatening Jacobs.
Franklin was eventually arrested for disturbing the peace. According to paper work KTBS obtained, Jacobs was fired for getting physical with an intoxicated guest and instructing a casino worker to film the ordeal.
Jacobs believes he was fired because the altercation was with a high powered, politically connected attorney. He is considering legal action against the casino.
