Security Camera Catches Burglar in the Act

Criminals, beware! Homeowners do have security cameras! This is surveillance video from a residential burglary in the 4000 block of Wallace. The guy broke into the back door, then walked out the front with stolen items in hand. Shreveport-Caddo Crime Stoppers is offering a $400 reward for information that leads to an arrest.
