Closing arguments in his forcible rape trial didn't last long before Judge Ramona Emanuel, in a bench trial, handed down two guilty counts.  One on forcible rape, the other on abuse of office.

Seaton was denied bond and remanded into custody of Sheriff's Deputies.

Seaton faces from five to forty years in prison, and in the best scenario, he wouldn't be eligible for parole for at least two years, according to Assistant DA Hugo Holland.

Seaton raped a Georgia teenager in the Mayor's office after the 2010 Independence Bowl.  Seaton has testified that the sex was consensual.
