Shreveport's former Assistant Chief Administrative Officer -- and a former high school coach -- were both in Caddo District Court today. Rick Seaton entered not guilty pleas this morning to forcible rape and abuse of office charges. He's accused of raping an 18-year-old high school girl in the mayor's office the evening of the Independence Bowl. He'll be back in court May 24th for arguments and hearings. The judge has issued a protective order that prohibits Seaton from having access to information on the victim in the case. And a jury trial date of April 11th has been set for Greg Frazier. The former Parkway and Southwood High School softball coach is accused of multiple counts of molesting a juvenile.
