SANCTUARY TIGER DIES

Sad news this morning for those who keep up with the comings and goings of the big cats at the Yogie and Friends exotic cat sanctuary in Frierson. Director Jenny Senier sent out an email late last night saying that one of the sanctuary's young tigers died suddenly last evening. Natasha had been at Yogie and Friends since October of 2000 along with two other young tigers and had, reportedly, showed no signs of illness. A necropsy was performed last night and it showed that she had cancer.
