SHREVEPORT, LA - The Powerball drawing for tonight (Monday March 24) is climbing to nearly a half a billion dollars. If you are like me, you are already starting to dream about how you would spend the big money. The jackpot is now worth $461 million. The lump sum cash payout is $217 million.

This monster prize is not yet in the top 25 largest jackpots of all time, but it's getting close.

In my dreams, I would buy a beautiful condo at the beach. It would have to have an east facing balcony (I like to watch the sunrise). It also needs to have a hot tub and a grill on the balcony. I'm pretty specific about what I want. This condo needs to be directly on the beach with a beautiful outdoor pool plus an indoor pool. I also have to have covered parking.

My plan is to also give away lots of the money. My immediate family members would be getting hefty checks. I also have a list of friends and co-workers who will be getting a million bucks each. Please don't ask if you are on my list. You should already know.
