Police Looking for Suspect in West Shreveport Shooting That Left Two Men Wounded

Two men are recovering from gunshot wounds and police are searching for a suspect.

Just before 7 p.m. on April 21, 2014, Shreveport police were called to a reported shooting at a home in the 2500 block of West College Street in Queensboro. That's when they learned that two men had been shot, reportedly by a male suspect driving a four-door sedan of unknown make and model. Edward Debrown and Morell Morris were both taken to University Health for treatment. They are expected to recover.

Violent Crimes Detectives have gathered information and evidence in the case, and are working to identify and catch the person or people responsible for the shooting. They ask that anyone with information that can help call Crime Stoppers at 673-7373.
