Police Looking for Runaway Teen

Bossier City Police need a little help in locating a runaway teenager. They say 14-year-old Ciera Sparks was last seen September 8th when she ran away from the Johnny Gray Jones Youth Shelter. Ciera is a black female, 5' 7" tall, weighing about 175 pounds. Detectives with the Juvenile Unit don't suspect foul play right now, but they are concerned about Ciera's welfare.
