Police Identify Suspect in Barbara Norton’s Office Break-in

Shreveport police detectives have identified a suspect in the break-in and vandalism of State Representative Barbara Norton's office building.

An arrest warrant charges 60-year-old Cary Baylor of Shreveport with burglary and unauthorized entry of a place of business. Bond is set at $100,000.

Norton's office in the 3200 block of Hollywood Avenue was burglarized some time Sunday, but she says this wasn't the first time it had happened.
