Shreveport, LA – The Shreveport Police Department (SPD) continues its proactive approach to enforcing the city's new water ordinance aimed at curbing unlawful squatting. On Wednesday, May 28, 2025, three individuals were arrested for occupying properties deemed unsafe and uninhabitable under the new regulations.
