I have no idea how I am going to break this to my niece. We will have to wait just a little longer to see Chase. Nickelodeon's animated children's show was supposed to come to life at Brookshire's Grocery Arena on October 30th and October 31st. Unfortunately for many eager Paw Patrol fans, they will have to wait for a while to get their adventure fix.

The bad news is we don't know Brookshire's Grocery Arena plans to try to bring back the show. Brookshire's Grocery Arena took to their Facebook page to say "Out of an abundance of caution due to the rise in COVID-19 cases, we (Nickelodeon & VStar Ent. Group) will be postponing our upcoming dates for our PAW Patrol Live touring shows. We will continue to monitor the situation & will share updated plans when dates are rescheduled."

Why are we seeing so many shows opt-out of Louisiana? Could it be our vaccination rate? Or could it be because Louisiana has made headlines when it comes to covid cases in children?

August was a bad month for COVID-19 in Louisiana. Children in Louisiana now make up the majority of all new COVID-19 cases in the Bayou State. The new spike in cases could not have come at a worse time, with children all around the state now back in the classroom. It has been a scary time for many parents sending their kids back to school.

Although many are worried about the COVID-19 cases in kids, the virus has not shown to be a life-threatening diagnosis for most children.

We hope live events come back for children, it's well over a year now of no live events for kids. We are eager to have fun events for kids make their way back to town.
