North Korea Tests Another Nuke

Early this morning, North Korea successfully tested a miniaturized nuclear weapon underground.  It is concerning to the United States because it brings North Korea closer to being able to put a nuclear weapon in a missile.  The United Nations Security Council will be meeting to discuss further sanctions and actions against the communist nation.

The North Korean government says the test was done because of the hostility from the United States towards the rogue nation.  President Obama says the latest move by the North Koreans puts the impoverished nation in a more isolated position.
