Murder Cases Tomorrow

Following the Memorial Day break, several murder cases are set for Caddo District Court tomorrow. 18-year-old Joshua Brooks will be in court for ruling on a defense motion in connection with a first-degree murder charge. Brooks is accused of the April 2009 shooting death of Terrell Savore during an incident in the 1900 block of Patzman. 26-year-old Kimethia Coleman is scheduled for a sanity hearing. She's charged with the January 2010 stabbing death of Dennis Spinks at an apartment in the 1000 block of Quail Creek Road. And 33-year-old Tarogany Upton will be in court on a second-degree murder charge. He's accused of the October 2009 shooting death of his uncle, Willie Upton, at a residence in the 5100 block of Truman.
