More Help in Search for Missing Woman

Shreveport police are still trying to locate a missing woman...and they've enlisted a little extra help. Lamar Outdoor Advertising is featuring Crime Stoppers photos of Tracy Winslow on selected electronic billboards throughout the city, in the hopes that someone might recognize her and come forward with information.

Winslow has been missing since January 23rd, and her ex-boyfriend Eddie Lee Jackson has been arrested in connection with her disappearance. Tracy was last heard from when she talked with a friend over the phone, and her burned car was found in north Shreveport early the next morning.
