Missing Woman’s Ex-Boyfriend Arrested

The Caddo Sheriff's Office has arrested a missing woman's ex-boyfriend. Sheriff's Spokeswoman Cindy Chadwick says 40-year-old Eddie Lee Jackson has been charged with the second-degree kidnapping of 30-year-old Tracy Winslow. Her burned car was found early Monday morning near North Lakeshore and Kuhn's Road. She's still not been located. Detectives are following all leads, and encourage anyone with additional information to contact them or Crime Stoppers.
