A man who had numerous DWIs already has been jailed for another one. Webster Sheriff's Deputies say a concerned citizen reported that two adults were stumbling out of an area eatery, carrying a baby, and were getting into a car. When deputies arrived, they found the driver of the vehicle, which was still parked, but with the ignition on, drooling and slurring his words. Field sobriety tests were performed -- and neither person passed. Deputies arrested 47-year-old Timothy Ashton of Minden for 6th-offense DWI, illegal use of a controlled dangerous substance, and cruelty to a juvenile.
