Acting on a tip, the Bossier Sheriff's Office -- along with Louisiana State Police and the Bienville Sheriff's Department -- located a working meth lab in the 4100 block of Highway 154 last night. There, they found 2-liter bottles containing all the necessary ingredients to make meth using the "shake and bake" method. Since that method is considered one of the most dangerous, hazmat crews and the South Bossier Fire Department were called out. They recovered about four grams of meth and 15-and-a-half ounces of methin solution. Agents say 53-year-old Scott Lee Young and 55-year-old David Moudy were both arrested on numerous drug charges...and for cruelty to the infirm, since young's 88- and 90-year-old parents -- who have Alzheimer's disease -- also lived in the residence.
