Man Shot and Killed in ATM Robbery Linked to Robbery of Police Officer

A man shot and killed in last week's ATM robbery has been linked to a similary robbery of an off-duty police officer a few months ago. Shreveport Police Sgt. Bill Goodin says Ledarius Morgan was shot December 20th as he and Raymond Johnson allegedly robbed a man at a Regions Bank ATM. Morgan was dropped off at a local hospital and died a short time later. He's now been identified from a police lineup as one of two men who robbed a Shreveport police officer at gunpoint at an ATM on September 16th. The two took money and the officer's department-issued weapon.
