Man Recovering After Being Shot in MLK Neighborhood

A man was shot in the Martin Luther King Junior neighborhood Wednesday evening. It happened just after 6:30 pm in the 2100 block of Ragsdale Avenue.

During the encounter the victim suffered a non life threatening wound to the leg. As of right now a description of the gunman has not been released. the shooting remains under investigation.
