Tonight at midnight, Star Wars fans around the globe will have the first opportunity to purchase all new toys and collectibles based on The Last Jedi during Force Friday II. The new retail tradition for Lucasfilm and Disney debuted in September 2015, and this year’s event promises to be even more of a spectacle given two years of additional build-up and hype for The Last Jedi. Partners like Funko and Hasbro will have their fair shares, but it’s LEGO’s offerings, including a massive BB-8, that have us lamenting looking at our bank accounts tomorrow morning the most.

As expected, there are going to be a number of new vehicles from The Last Jedi getting the LEGO treatment. There are a bunch of new ships making their debut in the upcoming sequel, including Kylo Ren's personal TIE Fighter, the new Resistance Bomber, and the First Order Assault Walker. All of those sets bring something different to the table that we really haven’t seen from a Star Wars ship in the past. That Kylo ship is the true eye-catcher though, and we can see that one being in high demand throughout the holiday season. The Resistance Bomber does come with a Laura Dern minifigure though so it's a real tough call as to which of these sets is truly the greatest.

Though the ships and walkers are nice and all, the big draw is definitely the new 1100-piece BB-8. It might not be to scale, but the set absolutely dwarfs the minifigure of BB-8 that’s included, giving you a bit of an idea just how large it will be when complete. Not only does it make for a nice display piece, but the head rotates and the one panel opens to reveal his little thumbs up torch, too. It’s going to be hard to talk ourselves out of buying this tonight.

You can check out the full listing of all the LEGO products launching tonight below. Keep in mind, this is just what LEGO is offering at the start of all The Last Jedi madness, so you can expect even more LEGO sets to come between now and the end of the year.
