Geek'd Con, Shreveport's comic con, unfortunately had to miss the 2020 show due to the COVID pandemic restrictions around the state. But the show is back on for 2021! The show's return will be August 13th-15th at the Shreveport Convention Center.

You can find your tickets at Excalibur Comics on East 70th in Shreveport. The crew at Excalibur have single day and weekend passes in hand, cash or credit. Or you can just order them online.

However you get your tickets, you're going to want to make sure it happens. Because you don't want to miss this year's lineup. Especially since Joey Fatone was just added!

Joey is most well known as a member of the multi-platinum selling band *NSYNC. Since then, his credits expand into the world of acting, and even a season on Dancing With The Stars and The Masked Singer.

Joey is also the host of Impractical Jokers: After Party and Common Knowledge on GSN!

Some of Joey's other projects include My Big Fat Greek Wedding, Robot Chicken, Impractical Jokers, Food Network's Rewrapped, and the horror movie Dead 7.

Joey actually attended Geek'd Con in Shreveport back in 2017. He had such an incredible time, he was excited to return to this year's show. So just in case you missed him in 2017, you've got a chance to fix that this year!

Tickets for Geek'd Con are available now. Weekend passes, daily passes, and a limited number of VIP Packages are available right now. You can get full ticket details here.

Comic Book Movie Stars Who Have Worked In Shreveport

We utilized IMDB's filming location database to help put this together. However there is one movie listed there that we didn't include. IMDB lists X-Men Origins: Wolverine on their Shreveport list, but we struggled to find citing for this. So we just left it off. Some of these stars weren't in comic book "movies" specifically.

But we counted the Netflix Marvel shows, and MCU Disney+ shows as well.

We also added in an odd wrestlers. Pro wrestling has been a big deal in the Shreveport area for a long time, so we're going to include the wrestlers who've worked in the Shreveport area, and went on to comic book movie fame.
