There Were A Lot Of 2024 Texas License Plates Texas That Will Rejected Due To Silly Personalizations
When driving around the state of Texas, we always have a chance to see something rather interesting. Some cars have damage on them and are still driving, while seeing a cracked windshield on one causes concern. Every vehicle in Texas has it's own style, but it shouldn't cause worries on the road.
But rather than focus on the car itself, some of us see the the license plate on the car. Personalized plates are not a new item in the Lone Star State, but some really make us laugh, or even have a more personal meaning. But is every plate in Texas allowed to be on the road?
As it turns out, no, not all requested Texas license plates are able to be used on the roadways. But, how many are truly allowed and which are disallowed?
What Was The Amount Of Rejected License Plate Requests In Texas For 2024?
Per FOX 4, every year the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles releases to the news organization a list of what Texans wanted to be on their car plates. Over 2,300 were not approved to be put on a plate. To say the least, some of these are simply silly, while others definitely would cause parents to cover their child's eyes while trying to drive at the same time.
So what were a few examples of rejected ones? Well according to FOX 4 "H4NGM4N," "L8R LSER," "NT LEGAL," and "OLDFRTS" were just a few the Texas DMV put the red light on to stop them from getting on Texas roadways.
Someone even tried to get "TXMAYOR" on their car! Which let's be real, that would be really funny to see on the roadway right?
