New Report Says Shrevepot Drivers Lose $2,749 Annually Due to Road Conditions

According to a new report from TRIP, "The average driver in the Shreveport area loses $2,749 annually as a result of driving on roads that are deteriorated, congested, and that lack some desirable safety features."

TRIP held a virtual news conference on Wednesday, April 9th to highlight a new report; “Keeping Louisiana Mobile: Providing a Modern, Sustainable Transportation System in the Pelican State,” TRIP's research team examined road and bridge conditions, congestion, economic development, highway safety, traffic congestions, and transportation funding statewide in the Baton Rouge, Lafayette, New Orleans and Shreveport urban areas.
