Krewe of Centaur Membership Crawfish Boil is This Weekend
Some might say it's not "Mardi Gras season" right now. But for many in Shreveport, Mardi Gras season is year-round. Especially for our local Mardi Gras Krewes, who are already hard at work for the 2026 season.
From working on floats, to assembling royalty, the work for a Krewe never ends.
But it's not just work. If you know anyone in a local Krewe, there's as much fun to be had as there is work to do. Which brings us to this weekend.
The Krewe of Centaur Hosts Their Annual Crawfish Boil
The Krewe of Centaur is excited to invite members and guests to their Annual Crawfish Boil. This a celebration of camaraderie, community, and Cajun flavor. The event will take place on Saturday, May 3rd, from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. and promises an afternoon of food, fun, and festivities.
The Centaur Crawfish Boil takes place at the Krewe of Centaur Den, at the corner of North Market Street and Aero Drive in Shreveport.
This membership appreciation event is a beloved tradition, offering attendees all-you-can-eat crawfish and fixings, as well as a chance to mingle with fellow Krewe members.
