Charmed Cast Reunion Taking Place in Shreveport This August at Geek’d Con
Shreveport's comic con, Geek'd Con, is back for a big 10th Anniversary in Downtown Shreveport this August. This downtown staple will be back at the Shreveport Convention Center, August 22nd-24th, 2025. Tickets are available right now, with multiple different levels available.
What Celebrities Are Coming to Geek'd Con in Shreveport?
This year's guest lineup already includes a 35th Anniversary "Shell-a-Bration" for the release of the original Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles movie, with actors representing all four Turtles from the movie. Tony Award winning actor Barry Bostwick will also be at the event. They'll all be joined by celebrities like Theo Rossi, Ethan Suplee, and Alan Ruck.
Adding to the 10th anniversary lineup is a big cast reunion. Stars from the TV show Charmed will be getting together to meet fans in Shreveport.
Do You Remember the TV Show Charmed?
The show Charmed ran for 178 episodes from 1998 to 2006. It was one of the biggest shows in the history of The WB. Charmed was named by TV Guide as one of the "60 Greatest Sci-Fi Shows of All Time", The Huffington Post's "Top 20 Magic/Supernatural Shows of All-Time", and has gone on to be one of the "most binged" shows on Netflix.
Joining Shreveport's comic con will be main cast stars Holly Marie Combs, Brian Krause, and Dorian Gregory.
Who is Holly Marie Combs?
While best known as the lead character Piper Halliwell in the show Charmed, the resume of Holly Marie Combs is very deep.
In Charmed, her character Piper may have been the second-oldest of the main sisters, but she really served as the leader of the Charmed Ones. Holly Marie was one of just 3 main cast members to appear in every season of Charmed.
Holly Marie also appeared as a member of the main cast in Picket Fences, Pretty Little Liars, and even appeared in Hell's Kitchen with Gordon Ramsay. She also made appearances in some of the most popular soap operas of all time, including Guiding Light and As The World Turns.
In film, she was the lead in multiple projects, including the cult-classic 1992 horror movie Dr. Giggles. She also appeared in the films Born on the Fourth of July, Chain of Desire, Sweet Hearts Dance, Simple Men, and had a cameo in the movie Ocean's Eleven.
During her career, she has been nominated for multiple awards, and knocked out some award wins too. Including winning a Young Artist Award for Best Young Actress in a New Television Series.
Who is Brian Krause?
Brian is probably best known as Leo Wyatt from the insanely popular show Charmed.
The character Leo is one of just 4 characters who appeared in every season of Charmed, and one of just 3 main cast members to appear in all seasons.
Brian has also appeared as the lead role in multiple films. Including Return to the Blue Lagoon, and the 1992 horror film Sleepwalkers. He was also a lead in the 90s Smokey and the Bandit spinoff series of movies.
He's also found his way into a few iconic video game franchises. In Fallout 76, he has numerous roles, including the foreman of the Blackwater Mine, Mitchell Hibbs. He also voiced Clem Feeney in the game L.A. Noire, and voiced a role in the original CSI: Miami game.
Who is Dorian Gregory?
Known for his main cast role of Lieutenant Darryl Morris in the series Charmed, Dorian appeared in the first 7 seasons of the series. In the series, his character is one of the sisters' best allies, using his police career to help them during their journey.
Outside of Charmed, Dorian has been attached to some incredible franchises during his career.
On the broadcast TV side of things, Dorian served as the final host of the iconic American musical variety show, Soul Train. He was also a main cast member of Baywatch Nights, co-hosted The Other Half on NBC, and appeared in variety of shows. You may have caught him in Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., Beverly Hills 90210, Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman, 3rd Rock from the Sun, The Bernie Mac Show, or Moesha.
More recently, Dorian entered the Star Wars world, helping to bring Darth Vader to life in Obi-Wan Kenobi. His voice was used as part of a team that helped fill Darth Vader out on the screen.
