What began in 1984 as a modest street festival has exploded into a nationally recognized powerhouse and one of the largest Cajun celebrations in the United States. Returning to Festival Plaza in Downtown Shreveport from May 22nd through May 24th, this year’s event promises three days of non-stop action across two stages, featuring thirty live bands and all the world-famous boiled crawfish you can handle.
