Iraqi War Veterans Parade Planned

Everybody loves a parade -- and you've got a chance to help plan one. A meeting is being held Wednesday morning at eleven to plan a parade to honor area Iraqi War veterans. Veterans organizations, government entities in Caddo, Bossier, and Desoto Parishes, area school boards, active military personal, reservists, businesses, and citizens in general are all invited. The meeting will be held in the main meeting chamber at Government Plaza. That's downtown on Travis Street. Caddo Commissioner Ken Epperson, who's the parish's Veterans Affairs Coordinator, is conducting the meeting. Again, it starts at eleven Wednesday morning.
