Huge Brawl in Shreveport Leads to Shooting Arrest

SHREVEPORT, LA- Arrest Made in Shooting Incident

On July 28th at approximately 8 p.m., Shreveport police patrol officers responded to the 5300 block of Virginia Avenue in reference to an armed person. Upon arrival, officers observed a large fight between two groups of people.

After breaking up the altercation, it was determined that 49-year-old Adrian Moore was involved in a dispute during which he produced a firearm and began firing rounds at a family member.

SPD Patrol officers located the crime scene and took Moore into custody. He has been charged with one count of aggravated assault with a firearm. Luckily no one was seriously injured in this incident.
