The town of Vivian and surrounding communities will come together tonight (Sunday November 16) to honor the life of Marc Brock. The Vivian Police Officer was killed in the line of duty Friday night.

Brock was "a beloved son of Vivian, cherished by many, and a proud member of the North Caddo Class of 2018. Marc poured his heart into the youth of our town and served with courage as a Vivian police officer."

The Vivian Chamber of Commerce sends thanks out to Mooringsport Baptist, Vivian Methodist, and First Baptist Vivian for their generous donation of candles to light the vigil. Your kindness ensures that our town can gather in unity as we honor Marc’s life together.

Where Is the Candlelight Vigil for Marc Brock

It is being held Sunday, November 16 at 6:00 PM at the North Caddo Football Field. Friends, family, neighbors are encouraged to attend to lift Marc’s memory in the glow of candlelight and the strength of community.

What Can You Do to Help Marc  Brock's Family

A meal train has been set up to help Brock's family. The Vivian Chamber of Commerce is also asking restaurants to step up to supply food for the Vivian Police Department during this difficult time.
