Honoring Fallen Officers

The Peace Officers Memorial will be held this Friday, May 20th. It's a combined effort of area law enforcement agencies, and will be hosted by the Bossier Sheriff's Office this year. Fellow officers will bear arms and fire a volley of shots to honor the men and women in law enforcement who have lost their lives. Families of those officers will attend and will each be presented with a rose from the head of their loved one's respective agency. The ceremony is being held at 2:30 Friday afternoon at the Bossier Civic Center.
