SHREVEPORT, LA-  Shreveport Man Wanted in Violent Domestic Incident

Can you help the Shreveport Police find Carlos Franklin?  He is wanted for a violent domestic incident after hitting a pregnant woman in the face with his fist.

Back on January 19^th, Shreveport Police officers were called to a report of domestic violence. Through questioning the victim, officers learned that Franklin, the victim’s live-in boyfriend, hit her in the face with a closed fist, cutting her bottom lip. To make the situation worse, the victim’s 8-year-old son was present during the assault.  The victim is also pregnant.

Shreveport Domestic Violence detectives were called in and discovered the victim is almost full-term, and is nearing childbirth.  Because of this incident, an arrest warrant has been issued for Carlos Franklin for the following charges:

Domestic Abuse Battery Upon a Pregnant Victim

Domestic Abuse Batter- Child Endangerment
