Geek'd Con, Shreveport's biggest comic and pop culture event, is back for 2022!

The show will once again be at the Shreveport Convention Center in Downtown Shreveport. The 2022 edition of Geek'd Con will take place August 19th through August 21st.

Shreveport's comic con returned in 2021 after having to take 2020 off due to the COVID-19 pandemic. But the return event was just as big as the community expected, with headliner Alice Cooper and other celebrities on hand. Stars like Emily Swallow (Star Wars), Murr (Impractical Jokers), and Chris Kattan (Saturday Night Live).

The even has hosted some big time celebrities over the years. Including the original Chewbacca Peter Mayhew, Michael Rooker (Guardians of the Galaxy), Cassandra Peterson (Elvira), LeVar Burton (Star Trek/Reading Rainbow), Lou Ferrigno (Hulk), and way more. During Geek'd Con, vendors from all across the United States come to the Shreveport Convention Center to offer a unique shopping experience for local geeks. This includes local artists and makers too.

Geek'd Con is Shreveport's biggest comic and pop culture event. Launching in 2015, the event quickly became one of the premiere comic con style events in the entire state of Louisiana.

A big part of that growth has been the celebrity guest lineups. Since the first show in 2015, the quality of guests attending Geek'd Con rivals any pop culture event of this size.
